NO SHOW POLICY

1st Time No Show - 50% of estimated groom cost due. Mistakes happen, as a favour we are only charging you half. A card on file will be required for future appointments.

2nd Time No Show - 100% of estimated groom cost due. $68 deposit required on all future bookings. We missed seeing you but our team was ready and waiting.

3rd Time No Show - All outstanding fees are due. As much as we hate to say it, maybe we aren't the right groomers for you.
